Q: Why do I have to Register to use your site?
A: It helps protect who shops on our site. If you did not have to login, a person could use your computer with its history and find your Personal Information or Purchase something without your acknowledgement.
Q: I can't seem to put some items in a cart.
A: Some of the products we sell or very customizable. On products of this nature we would like to hear from you.
Q: Ds you ship any live stock?
A: No. We do carry everything from pond fish to tropical fish including products, but we don't ship them and is why they are not listed on the website.
Q: If a product is out of stock, how long does it take to get?
A: While most standard shipping is 4-6 weeks, we have allotted this time inbetwen to allow ourselves ample time to get the product to you. Most of the products we order we get withing 4-6 days.
Q: I recieved your product, but it was broken. What do I do?
A: Always try to inspect the packaging when the driver arrives at your door. This ensures the quickest turnaround if any possible problems exist. If you recieve the product and it is broken, you must call to schedule a a call tag for the product. When the product is returned back to us, we will send out the new one.
